[STR New]

On a redhat AS 4.6 server the daily cron job shuts cups down to clean up
logs, about once a month cups fails to restart. After doing some research
I found an unfamiliar file type in /var/spool/cups a file starting with a
d (d13041-001) matching an existing c file (c13041). Removing the d file
allows me to restart the daemon without a problem. Looking at the d files
they appear to be printjobs that were never cleaned up.
