[cups.development] [RFE] STR #3207: page.log lists pages that are not printed (socket, PostScript)

Look at the error_log for a line like "... Job nnnn successfully
completed". If that is the case, the complete job has been submitted to
the printer before the printer crashes. As the page log is maintained by
the pstops filter, all pages are logged.
