Since gnutls 2.7.2 (thus, 2.8.0 stable), libgnutls-config program has been
removed, applications must use pkg-config to detect gnutls.

Draft patch against 1.3.10 here:

As gnutls shipps gnutls.pc at least in 2.2, so there shouldn't be any
backwards problem I think.

It affects 1.4 beta3, also.
