[cups.general] Challenge with filter limit

Wondering where you are finding that for Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 8)?  Please advise link if you can as it would help.

I seem to remember some filter limit issues back in the 1.1.x days; at  
the very least I'd update to a production 1.1.x release (i.e. 1.1.23,  
available from Red Hat)...
