[cups.general] Challenge with filter limit

I have searched to the best of my ability all over the Red Hat website and trying to find out about the CUPs version to no avail.

I am in need of help in finding the v.1.1.23 through Red Hat for Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4; the only version we have been able to get is v.1.1.22rc1.  I understand that if we had the correct version, 1.1.23, that it would allow us to be able to fix our filter limit issue and the bottle necks that we are having site wide.

I seem to remember some filter limit issues back in the 1.1.x days; at
