Print pdf with cover

Hi,

I need to print a pdf in a Ricoh MPC2500 with finisher.
The problem is that i have to set Thick paper with 4 color for the cover, and plain paper in grayscale for all the other sheets.

Right now i am printing without the finisher, sending the single jobs (one for the cover, and one for the internal) directly with lpr.

Printing from command line is a requirement as long as i have to print via web.

Any hint?
