[cups.general] OSX printing with Linux host running CUPS 1.4.1 / page orientation

I *thought* we had finally fixed the orientation issues in 1.3.11.  
Please file a bug on cups.org:

     http://www.cups.org/str.php

Make sure to attach a sample PDF file along with a PPD file for an  
affected printer and a description of how you configured the queues on  
the Mac systems.
