Regardless how print queue configurations are stored,
this does not solve the issue in general to copy or move
queue configurations from one host to another host.

Preconditions are for example that on both hosts
exactly the same stuff is installed (in particular
sufficiently same driver executables) and
on both hosts the printer devices are accessible
in sufficiently same way (so that the DeviceURI values
are exactly the same on both hosts - which is usually
fulfilled when only network printers are used) and
on both hosts the network configuration is sufficiently
identical.

For example it does not work to copy only the
queue configurations from one host to another host
if on the one host the Gutenprint driver version 5.0
is used but on the other host it is Gutenprint 5.2.

If the other host has another IP or hostname
you may have to change some settings on the client systems
(e.g. BrowseAllow in cupsd.conf or ServerName in client.conf)
and on network printers you may have to change
that they accept now data from the other host
(network printers can be set up to accept data only
from one IP - the IP of the official print server
to avoid that users could easily bypass an accounting
software which runs on the official print server).

Kind Regards
