Unable to bind - cannot print to cups

I am using CUPS 1.3.10 on Solaris 10, which has worked fine until 
yesterday. I can print a test page from CUPS to the printer, however no 
other software will print to CUPS any more.

The only error(s) in the CUPS log are:
Unable to bind socket for address ::1:631  cannot assign requested address

[CGI] rpcclient not found!
[CGI] smbclient not found!

Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it please?
