Look if there is a general service with "rpc" in it's name (svcs -a) and, if
yes and offline or idisabled, enable it using svcadm (use svcadm without
parameters for a short help message).
As I currently have no Solaris system at hand, I'm sorry I cannot give more
detailed help.
