CUPS 1.4.1 Stopped Printer

Hy everyone.
I have updated my cups from version v.1.1.22 to v.1.41, and before on the web interface i could stop and start a printer. Now on the cups v.1.4.1 web interface i do not have (or i do not see) than option.

Can anyone Help Me?
