[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #3371: set-printer-options doesn't work in konqueror

konqueror doesn't scroll in a overflow:hidden div to the anchor selected by
a link. 
see set-printer-options configuration page:
=>printers (choose one)
=>administration>default settings
=>try to switch "tabs"
