When removing a job with 'lprm <jobid>', an error message is seen:

lprm: The printer or class was not found.

It has the same cause as STR #3285, but the final patch for that report
didn't actually fix it.

When cupsGetNamedDest() is given a named destination (not NULL), and that
destination does not exist, it should fail.
