[cups.general] Problem restarting jobs since upgrade from 1.1.20 to 1.3.11

Well, two questions:

1. Are the users using their username or their full name? (i.e.  
"johndoe" vs. "John Doe")

2. Do you have the CUPS pam configuration file set to the same stuff  
as the login configuration file?
