CUPS Run Script after Job Finished

I'm not having any joy finding how to do this.

I'm trying to update a file with printer supplies information after each print job so I can keep on top of loading supplies. I have a script that collects the information for me, how would I go about having it run after a print job finishes?

I did find the PostProcessing option for cups-pdf, which looks like exactly what I want, but I believe it only works for cups-pdf.
