[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #3343: after first job, all jobs reported as completed while not even being sent to the printer

NOTE: I couldn't find version 1.4.1 on this bug tracking interface. that's
the version I'm using on my Debian Unstable machine.

After successfully printing first document to my Xerox 3117 printer
(connected using USB, with the "Samsung ML-1710 Foomatic/gdi" driver),
every document I'm trying to print is reported as being competed, but the
printer not indicating any data transfer. only unplugging the usb cord and
replugging it enables me to print another documents.

some jobs get the "Unable to write 8192 bytes to printer!" status, but the
log seems normal:
