cups usb backend a incompatible with usblp kernel driver, but there are no
documentation about it.

cups usb backend failed to call usb_claim_interface (EBUSY), because
device is owned by usblp driver.

Unfortunately there are no any documentation about it or a sample
blacklist in distribution.
