[cups.general] Setting user in cups

Hello,

I need to set the request-user field to certain value for remote cups
printer or (which is better) map local users to remote usernames
(otherwise printer does not work).

Setting user in URL (in various ways) does not work - it has to be set
as in lpr -U.

How to set it up?
