Problem in Xerox Printer configuration in linux with CUPS

Hi,

I am working in RHEL 5.3 version of linux.
I am using the XEROX printer Workcentre 5632 with my linux system

I have configured the printer by using CUPS
lpdmin -p printer1 -v ipp://10.150.5.24 -E
lpoptions -d printer1

The output of lpstat -t is

I have tested the printer connectivity. Ping command is working fine from my system to printer. Also i have made an entry into /etc/hosts?

Do i need to install drivers for xerox printer?

Can anyone help me to figure out the problem?
