I erased the configuration file!

I need urgent help... I recently upgraded to Snow Leopard and haven't been able to configure my printer to the network at my work.
Having tried a lot of changes in the configuration file (by accessing http://localhost:631/admin) and getting desperate I did erase the whole file and now nothing responds. I'm trying to restart the same page and nothing. Accessing thru System Preferences and nothing...
Can someone please help me? Please!!!
