[cups.general] Compiling CUPS on AIX 5.3 (ppc)

At least some versions of AIX only support shared libraries in standard system directories.  However, since you are able to run cupsd you might also check the permissions of /cups, /cups/lib, and /cups/lib/libcups_s.a - all users must be able to read and execute/search those paths...
