[cups.general] printing using windows cups driver

Hello,

I figured out why the color management did not show up, and thus i couldn't
print in colors. the ps5ui.dll file that i used was from adobe (the old
driver), using the one from windows fixed my problem. i do not need support
for windows clients running software older than windows 2000.

Maybe this would help someone out :)
