[cups.general] Is job status warning meant to persist in web Jobs page?

We currently keep ERROR messages around until the next job is processed. Given the number of bug reports we get about "problems printing PS from Application X", I'm not sure we want to eliminate the logging, although we could make it a WARNING message and clear warnings when a job is completed (right now we just clear INFO messages...)
