[STR New]

How to reproduce:
1. Modify the string after "<DefaultPrinter " (or "<Printer ") and ">" in
the first line of printers.conf.
2. Open a file in e.g. Evince
3. Go to the print dialog (Ctrl-P)

Behavior observed:
The "Advanced" tab is not shown, and "Page Setup" is limited to "Pages per
side", "Only print" and "Scale".

Expected behavior:
Should be able to modify all or nearly all settings in the "Page Setup"
tab, and should see the "Advanced" tab.

In addition to making it more difficult to modify printers.conf in a sane
way, as far as I can tell this makes it impossible to install and/or
distinguish two printers configured to use the same driver.
