[cups.general] Many files in var spool cups

we have left so many time the maxjobs to 0 .... and the cups directory
has got so many files ... and the web server has started to fail
(this is what i think, related to my last mail asking about request
entity too large)

we have left the maxjobs to default so we have comment it.
