Two definitions for one printer

Yes, you may easily set up two different queues for the same physical 
printer and et p different defaults for the two.

The problem is only how to force the printer to print only b/w jobs from the 
b/w queue. If you use the vendor PPD for the real printer, it is a 
selectable option.
