[cups.general] Install CUPS on Linux 64bits

If you have the 64-bit version of the cups package (i.e. a file that 
looks like "cups-*.x86_64.rpm" then all you should need to do is install 
that package via RPM.

If you don't have the 64-bit version of the cups package, you'll need to 
download that from Red Hat Network (rhn.redhat.com).  If the system that 
you're working on is already registered with RHN, then you should just 
be able to run

     up2date cups

and I think that up2date should automatically install the 64-bit version 
on your system.  If that doesn't work, you could also explicitly tell 
up2date to install the 64-bit version with the command

     up2date --arch=x86_64 cups
