[cups.bugs] "lpoptions -W completed -o" does not work over domain sockets on RHEL-5.5 with CUPS 1.3.7

I'm not aware of any bugs like this for stock CUPS or any RHEL issues in this regard. I am unable to duplicate on my VM so I don't know what is going wrong. LogLevel=debug2 logs would definitely help here...
