In an office setting, I want to be able to preserve print jobs for a period of time, so that they can be reviewed if necessary. I have a few questions concerning this.
I am using 1.4.2 on Archlinux.
All of these assume "PreserveJobFiles On":
1) Where are they stored? /var/cache/cups?
2) Are they in a readily viewable format? Like PostScript or something like that?
3) If so, can they be viewed through the web interface?
4) In the cupsd.conf reference it says that the files will only be deleted when the admin chooses "cancel" however the only option I see is to reprint (web interface). It seems I can only cancel ALL jobs for the entire printer.
