[cups.general] Cups-PDF Hyperlinks???

That's not something that CUPS can do specifically - the output from the application (which is *not* sending HTML) is already PDF or PostScript.  In the case of PostScript they'd need to embed the necessary distiller code to mark the links, and AFAIK no applications do aside from Adobe ones...
