can't print on HP DesignJet 450C (E/A0)

Hi, I've installed my plotter and shared in my network using cups. Using the cups page I can print succesfully a test page. However, on my Windows XP clients it doesn't print. I thinks my plotter is receiving something, however, perhaps an empty page, because it cuts a small part of the paper when I try print on Windows. Can somebody help me, please?
