[cups.bugs] CUPS sharing broken in Ubuntu 9.10

This is likely an Ubuntu-specific thing, but you can check (via the web interface) whether sharing is actually enabled, particularly the access control lines in cupsd.conf for the "/" location (you should see an "Allow from @LOCAL" line...)
