[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3488: BrowsePoll does not work with a client.conf setting ServerName

It seems to behave as I would expect ie

$ CUPS_SERVER=lapserv lpstat -v | wc -l
    104
$ ssh lapserv 'CUPS_SERVER=localhost lpstat -v | wc -l'
    104

Does the cups server on A log anything?  Could the cupsd.conf be set to
deny access to the browsed printers from the clients?

Of course I'm only looking at cups-1.3.x and you have a newer version so
maybe something changed in the way that cups handles printers that it
picked up (by BrowsePoll or otherwise).
