No start of cups by startup of the system (ubuntu9.10)

I am more or less a Layman in the sake of operating systems like Linux and moreover English is not my native language. In spite of that I've gathered some information from the logs you mentioned and also about ports on my system (You can see them below). As far as I can see port 631 is not in use by another service and there is also no message who says so when I start CUPS from the Terminal. On another forum was suggested that the start of CUPS comes too early in the start process.
