PCL to CUPS to PDF

Besides some commercial products (which are mostly Windows-only 
applications/utilities) I'd suggest to compile ghostpdl (v 8.70) from the 
sources. 
This is the PCL analogon to Ghostscript and has a pdfwrite device (as 
ghostscript has).
