There are two identical typos in the kqueue() comment header of select.c,
reading "kqyeue()" for "kqeue()".

Also, in the "0. Common Stuff" section, e. mentions cupsdRemoveSelect()
adding the entry to the inactive array while this is actually only done in
the epoll and kqueue cases (and then only while cupsd_in_select is true).
