The issue with printer drivers, in particular, is that CUPS does not
actually include any vendor-specific drivers, just some generic ones that
work with multiple manufacturers. Since you are using a vendor-specific
driver from another developer, there isn't much we can do to help.

The Arch folks should be able to direct you to the correct developer for
your problem (if they don't handle it for you...)
