[cups.bugs] IPP waitprinter stuck waiting in a print class - bug?

Not a bug, just the SNMP supply level support (if I am reading the patches right), which was added to provide supply-level and status support for all network printers (and won't be removed).

You can add the following to your PPD files to disable SNMP lookups:

    *cupsSNMP: False
