[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #3275: Windows CUPS drivers don't collate

Is this a bug or a non-existent feature? 

Here it's also impossible to collate copies printed from windows. Not even
with the cups postscript driver installed via cupsaddsmb but also via
proprietary windows drivers installed from windows via sambas print$
share. Collating the output seems not possible from windows.

Printing from local or remote linux systems is just fine.
