[cups.general] Should the CUPS Raster output device of Ghostscript output compressed or uncompressed Raster data?

Well, there currently is no way to select compressed raster from Ghostscript...  Given that you'd need to get support from all of the raster filters involved on different platforms (Ghostscript, pdftoraster, imagetoraster, and cgpdftoraster), you are probably better off rolling your own filter that writes compressed raster data (even if it does compressed CUPS raster...)
