Cups dies at rastertokm2430dl every time?

Does anybody else have the problem of Cups dying at rastertokm2430dl? I have a very recent fresh installation of FreeBSD 8.1-RC1, fresh Cups, everything. When I use the Cups web-admin page and try a test print, the state of the job is reported as:

stopped
"/usr/local/libexec/cups/filter/rastertokm2430dl failed"

When I look through the logs, I have seen Signal 11 (Segmentation Fault).

I have tried e-mailing the port maintainer (Frank) a couple weeks ago, but so far no reply.

This is for Konika-Minolta MagiColor 2430dl printer connected by Ethernet
