[cups.general] Center feed Envelope, how to alter ppd?

on my Xerox Phaser you tell it which position to use when you create the 
envelope. I use OpenOffice to create the envelope. The #10 print fine. I'm 
using the Linux version and a Linux OS. I have not used MS in 10 years but 
if my memory is  right Word had the same capability for envelopes.
