[cups.general] CUPS web interface generating absolute URLs for printers with "loopback" addresses

I am likely making a stupid configuration error, but....I'm running CUPS
1.2.12, and I'm running into a problem with the web interface. I have CUPS
running on a centralized printing server, and am trying to access the web
administration interface from my laptop. I can browse to
http://SERVERNAME:631/ with no issues, and from there click on the "Manage
Printers" link which resolves to http://SERVERNAME:631/printers.

However, EVERY link on that generated page points to http://loopback:631/...
Obviously, these links fail as my browser is no longer connecting to the
CUPS server and is instead trying to connect to my laptop.

What am I configuring incorrectly that's causing printers.cgi to generate
absolute URLs with "loopback" in them?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
