[cups.general] CUPS web interface generating absolute URLs for printers with "loopback" addresses

I checked that before I posted, actually; the only reference to loopback in
/etc/hosts on the server is:

127.0.0.1       loopback localhost  # loopback (lo0) name/address

I don't believe that's the source of the problem.
