[cups.general] Many files in var spool cups

The "c" files are the job control files - they provide the print history. By default CUPS keeps records of the last 500 jobs you've printed. You can either do "cupsctl PreserveJobHistory=No" to never keep the job history or "cancel -a" to just clean out the current job history.
