[cups.general] Problem getting 1.4.3 to compile/install

You would have to provide some more detailed information before we might
know what went wrong.  How about including the compilation line and the
errors.  What configure options did you use?  What compiler are you using?

I built cups 1.4.3 on x86_64-sun-solaris2.10 with the Sun Workshop 12u1
compilers and didn't encounter the problem you're describing.
