[cups.general] 4 pages per side on a Samsung printer

   Actually, the file was ~/.cups/lpoptions, and it contained:

     Default sam Duplex=DuplexNoTumble number-up=4 orientation-requested=3 PageSize=A4

    I have no idea how it came here, and even didn't know its existence,
    but removing it fixed the problem.
