Any application's printing dialogs and the printing dialogs
of the desktops (KDE/Gnome) could write entries to this file.
Preferably the applications should only write when the user
explicitely requested to store/save his particular queue settings
(e.g. by clicking a [Save Settings] button or something like this).

Kind Regards
