edsmith cannot start cups exit signal 11 Severity one

Greetings,

I cant get cups to start. getting this msg:

# /etc/rc3.d/S99cups start
cupsd: Child exited on signal 11!
cups: unable to start scheduler.

Solaris 10 system. Been running fine for 2 years. Booted system this morning, no patches or softward changes. Production ERP/mfg system with about 200 printers. In past, this has always been a corrupt job in /var/spool/cups, although hardly ever happens. I just move Q jobs to another directory and start cups and it always came up. Not today. Also confirmed that /var/spool/cups/tmp is there and intact.

Any help appreciate. Severity 1 situation.
