Virtual PrinterQue for .ps Files ?

Hello,

I have a problem I cant find a solution on the internet myself :

I need a "Virtual Printer" in my network that would generate PostScript (.ps)
files into a specific folder.

I found http://bitbucket.org/codepoet/cups-pdf-for-mac-os-x/wiki/Home which comes quite close to my goal but I need .ps for further workflow, not pdf.
And I would need more than one single que (for creating high-res and low-res queues) and I would need to be able to define the destination folder off course.

The idea is to drop these files into hot-folders that are monitored by other Applications like Distiller and a RIP-Software that sends these Files to a Printer.

Any Ideas how to do this on a Mac running 10.5 or 10.6 ?
